Why is Holy Trinity considering a campus development plan now?

Our parish is growing, and our facilities must grow with us. The vision and mission set over a decade ago remain strong, but our ministries, demographics, and opportunities have changed. This plan ensures we can welcome more families, support our clergy and staff, and expand programs for the next generation.

What are the priorities of the plan?

The Parish Council identified three key phases:

  1. Banquet & Event Hall – a new gathering space to host parish life, weddings, receptions, and community events.

  2. Staff Housing – affordable, nearby housing for clergy and staff so they can better serve the parish.

  3. Cultural & Educational Center – classrooms, cultural programming, and ministry space to enrich faith and fellowship.

Who is helping us with planning?

We have partnered with CJK Design Group, experts in Orthodox parish planning across the country. They provide guidance on trends, offer renderings of possibilities, and help us think realistically about space, budgets, and timelines.

These developments are not just buildings—they are tools for ministry. They will allow us to gather more fully, strengthen programs for youth and families, expand education, and support clergy and staff. Above all, they will keep Holy Trinity a welcoming and vibrant community of faith

How will this benefit our parish?

We want to make sure we have the right vision for our future so the focus is not yet on fundraising. However, the Parish Council is preparing to launch a capital campaign that invites all parishioners and friends to participate. Funding will come through pledges, gifts, estate planning, and potential naming opportunities for major donors. If this project is blessed by God, it will come about through His Providence.

How will the project be funded?

  • Fall 2025: Parish Council refines vision and renderings.

  • November 2025: Share plans with parish at the Dinner Dance and Parish Assembly.

  • 2026 (Q1): Strategic plan finalized and campaign launch.
Building will proceed in phases as funds are raised and permits secured.

What is the timeline?

  • Pray for the success of this effort.

  • Share your feedback and ideas with the Parish Council.

  • Begin considering your pledge or gift to the capital campaign (including estate planning).

  • Help us spread the word—this is a project for our entire parish family.

How can I get involved?
